1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LottaCash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use LottaCash. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, attempt to transfer coins between accounts, or create multiple accounts to abuse offers or bonuses.

4. Earning Coins

Coins are earned by completing qualifying actions on LottaCash, including completing third-party offers, watching ads, or referring new users. Coins have no cash value except as described in the Redemption section below.

5. Offer Completion

Coin credits for completed offers are subject to verification by our offer partners. LottaCash does not guarantee that any specific offer will remain available or that all completed offers will be credited. If you believe a credit is missing, contact us within 30 days of completing the offer.

6. Coin Redemption

Coins may be redeemed for PayPal cash or cryptocurrency as listed on the Rewards page. The minimum cashout is $20.00 USD equivalent. Redemptions are subject to identity and fraud verification. We reserve the right to delay or refuse redemptions suspected of fraud.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete offers or earn coins.
  • Provide false or misleading information during offer completion.
  • Exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities for unauthorized coin gain.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated coins.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination for cause, unredeemed coins are forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LottaCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the availability of any particular offer, or specific earnings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LottaCash's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the USD value of coins you have redeemed in the 90 days prior to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of LottaCash after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
